    For your convenience, if you are returning multiple items from the same seller, you can send them together and enjoy Free Return on all items. However, please note that if you decide to return the items individually, there may be an additional shipping fee.

    3) How long until I receive a full refund?
    Rest assured that once we receive your returned package and confirm that the conditions for reimbursement have been met, we will promptly process a full refund. The quicker you initiate the return, the sooner you can expect to receive your refund.

    5) Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
